If the product you ordered didn’t meet your needs, we want to know about it. Your satisfaction is very important to us, and your feedback helps us improve our products. If you need to return a product, just follow these simple steps:
For all CD and book products, contact us within 30 days of the invoice date to receive your Return Authorization Number.
Indicate your preference as to credit, exchange or refund. Credit card refunds may only be made to the same card used for the original purchase. Note that refund processing can take up to 2 weeks.
Carefully re-pack the item in a sturdy carton, along with all related material. Be sure to include the Return Authorization number on the returned package.
Returned products must be in “like new” re-sellable condition. Refunds are not allowed on deep discounted purchases.
For a full refund on email program purchases (i.e. the Food: A Love Story, 30 Days of Soul-Full Eating Program), you must notify us within the first 5 days of the program start date. After the 5th day, refunds are pro-rated.
In the case of speaking events booked with Maureen Whitehouse, deposits will be refunded if cancellations are made 30 days prior to the event or as per signed agreement.
Please note that we reserve the right to charge a minimum 20% restocking fee if these return procedures are not followed. Also, liability for lost or damaged return items belongs to the customer.
